Data Storage and Security
All personal data is encrypted with AES-256 at rest and transmitted exclusively over TLS 1.3 connections. Photos are stored securely with restricted access. We retain data for a maximum of 24 months from the last interaction.
Retention Period
Conversation data and Style Profile data are retained for a maximum of 24 months from the last interaction. After this period expires, data is automatically deleted within 7 days. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
Third-Party Sharing
We do not share your photos or personal data with third parties without your explicit consent. Any sharing requires a dedicated opt-in that clearly identifies the third party and the data to be shared.
Your Rights
You have the right to: access your personal data, rectify incorrect data, delete your data (within 30 days of request), restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact us through the platform.
Breach Notification
In the event of a data security breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you via email within 72 hours of detection, describing the nature of the breach and the data categories affected.
